En La Cancha

En La Cancha is a real estate education platform dedicated to leading the Latino community in the United States toward financial freedom through the power of real estate investing.

Situation:

En La Cancha is an educational platform and the client wanted to have real-time forum topic discussion along with desktop notifications. For every showcase, the wanted feature is similar to Facebook i.e fast, robust, reliable, and real-time. They wanted the feature to have a connection with the platform member and real-time chat along with notification. For education, they also wanted to share podcasts (more than 100MB in size), pdfs, and words files.

Solution:

The proposed solution to implement a web app using AWS server and MERN stack with socket.io to implement a robust web app for the client which fulfill all the requirement. We followed the Agile methodology

Benefits:

We used agile methodology which helped to build MVP and more than 100 users subscribed as paid members during the development phase.

Robust website with average performance < 2.5sec which helps visitors to explore more and more.

At the end of the project development, the platform has 250+ paid user membership out of which around 35 are on yearly subscriptions and the remaining on monthly subscriptions.

With the Help of AWS services and loadbancer we manage any size of user request.
